Under direction of Medical Director and/or collaborating physician will provide health care services in any agency clinic as assigned. This includes, but not limited to the diagnosis and treatment of STDs and other acute and chronic health problems; performing routine health exams and lab testing. Provide education to clients and staff on prevention and healthcare issues. Follow standing orders, policies and procedures of agency along with IDPH and CDC programmatic rules and regulations. Reports to the Director of Nursing and Public Health Administrator.
The APN will refer and/or consult with collaborating physician in all health care service beyond the level of his/her expertise.
Will accept any other duties as assigned by East Side Health District;
